Adult Dance Program Policies
Membership Policy:
Membership packages commence on the day of purchase and will automatically renew every 30 days thereafter. To cancel your membership, you must notify Flair Dance Company before the next billing cycle.
Class Enrollment Policy:
Dancers are required to enroll for class, on Momence, prior to the start of class. Classes can be booked through a membership or as an individual class.
Class Cancellation Policy:
Dancers are required to cancel their class attendance at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled class time in order to receive class credit. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
Dress Code:
We encourage adult dancers to wear attire that allows for comfortable movement. While dance shoes are not mandatory, please refrain from wearing street shoes on the dance floor to maintain its integrity and cleanliness.
Code of Conduct:
At Flair Dance Company, we strive to foster a supportive and respectful environment for all dancers. We expect all participants to adhere to the following code of conduct:

1. Enter through the front door entrance located on Haddon Ave.

2. Treat fellow dancers, instructors, and staff with courtesy and respect.

3. Arrive on time for classes and events. If you arrive for class more than 15 minutes late, you may be denied entry without refund.

4. Refrain from disruptive behavior during classes and rehearsals.

5. Follow any additional guidelines provided by instructors or staff.

6. Maintain cleanliness and clean up your trash.

7. Clean up after yourself and leave the space how you found it.
Violation of these policies may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of membership privileges.
By participating in classes or events at Flair Dance Company, you agree to abide by these policies and any updates or modifications made by the management.
