Flair Dance Company Performance Team

Auditions for the 2025-2026 Team will be on June 4th at 6pm!

The Flair Dance Company Performance Team is the perfect opportunity for students ages 7+ (as of Sept. 2025) who are looking to take dance to the next level. We will really dive into students' technique and artistry. Team members will be required to commit to a whole dance season (September 2025 - May 2026) and will be required to take at least two 6 week classes during Summer 2025. Our team will be committed to not only creating super educated, awesome dancers, but we will teach them about confidence, leadership, and artistry. After auditioning, students will receive letters about their status and if accepted, will be offered 1-3 dances to be a part of. This can include anything from solos to group dances. It’ll be up to you to accept or deny your invitation to the team. Rehearsals will start in September and will be scheduled once a week. 

 

This opportunity is available to returning or new students looking to join the Flair Family! 

 

What to expect with Flair Dance Company Performance Team: 

• 1-2 competitions 

• Community performances 

• Field trips to professional dance performances & team building activities

• Flair performance opportunities 

• Priority casting in Cracked Nuts 

 

Students accepted will be required to take class in their appropriate age bracket. 

 

Performance Team Ages 7-9 Requirements

• 1 Ballet

• 1 Jazz

• 1 Contemporary 

• Strength & Conditioning 

• Mandatory Rehearsals will have their own time slot

 

Any additional classes are welcome & encouraged, but not required to participate. Classes like tap, hip hop & acro are optional classes that can be added to your dancer’s schedule. 

 

Performance Team Ages 10+ Requirements

• 2 Ballets 

• 1 Modern 

• 1 Jazz 

• 1 Contemporary 

• Strength & Conditioning

• Mandatory Rehearsals will have their own time slot

 

Any additional classes are welcomed & encouraged, but not required.

Classes like tap, hip hop & acro are optional, and can be added to your dancer’s schedule.
